The Hope College women's basketball team remains ranked ninth in this week's national polls.

The Flying Dutch held their spots in the Women's Basketball Coaches Association and D3hoops rankings. All eight teams above them are undefeated.

The D3hoops.com Top 25 is voted on by a panel of 25 coaches, Sports Information Directors and media members from across the country, and is published weekly.

The WBCA NCAA Division III Coaches Poll Committee is composed of one head coach from each of the 10 NCAA Division III regions

The Flying Dutch are off to an 8-1 start to the season.

Hope takes a five-game winning streak into action this week at a two-day tournament hosted by Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia. The Flying Dutch play Oglethorpe today at 4 p.m. and Pacific University (Oregon) on Thursday, Dec. 19, at 4 p.m. at Oglethorpe.
